Grades K - 12
Student must reside in Coventry with Parent/Legal Guardian
Registration for students attending school in all grades during the school year. Coventry uses an online registration process. Once you have completed the registration process and uploaded all required documents you will receive a confirmation email . If you need internet access, the school department will have computers available at our Central Office located at 1675 Flat River Road, Coventry, RI.

Required Documents for all students PreK through grade 12 must be provided at the time of registration. These documents may be uploaded or emailed to registration@coventryschools.net

Birth Certificate, Passport or Military ID Photo Identification of Parent/Guardian (must be current) Court documentation proving custody or guardianship, if applicable Immunization records and most recent physical for the start of school

It is recommended that you have your child screened every year, at the ages of 3, 4 and 5 years old, prior to Kindergarten (RIDE). Please fill out this form and our Child Outreach Coordinator will contact you to schedule a screening:.
