Welcome to Coventry Public Schools' Personal Literacy Plan website.

This site is intended to provide information to the practitioner and the parent.  The site contains links to documents outlining how the plans are to be written and documented in Coventry.  Parents should be aware of how these plans affect the learning practices around their child's literacy needs.

Instructions:

1. Save the Report files and PLP Template to computer prior to opening. (If they try to open and work from the PLP site, their work won’t save in excel or Word…it will save as a web)

2. PLP Template: Save document to your computer prior to opening.

In order to use the Form Fields do the following:

1. After opening the document click on View
2. Go to Toolbar
3. Click on Forms
4. Click Protect (the lock icon) in order to unprotect the document and use the fields.
5. Click cursor in fields
